I first heard of Dr. Robert Rohm when a friend of mine gave me a copy of Positive Personality Profiles.
I saw Dr. Rohm speak about a year or so after that.
I initially thought, "That's a bunch of psycho-babble, mumbo-jumbo." My wife,
Sandra, thought the information was fantastic. She immediately saw the power in understanding and connecting with other people.
Over time, I began to "get" the Insights Institute approach to applying the
DISC Model.
As I dug deeper, I started to see that something in Dr. Rohm's approach is different from other personality style teachers, and I began to buy-in to the value of applying the DISC model
to make a real and meaningful difference in my life.
I eventually came to my first Personality Insights training with Sandra in
2001. Over the next few years, my relationship with Personality Insights and the Insights Institute grew.
