If you are an accredited DISC Trainer who has completed Human Behavior Consultant certification and you still want more, you may want to consider the Insights Institute Master Trainer program.
This program is highly selective, and it is not for everyone. It is for the consultant who is REALLY excited about the Insights Institute message and wants to grow in many ways.
Insights Institute Master Trainers have the opportunity to offer Insights Institute sanctioned certification training and they want to:
- Get results teaching the DISC model,
- Make a difference in the lives of other people,
- Grow personally and professionally as a speaker and business person,
- Impact organizations in a positve way, and
- Build a strong consulting/training/speaking business based on Personality Insights training resources.
If these statements fit you, then you will want to pursue recognition as an Insights Institute Master Trainer.
Master Trainers are consultants who are thoroughly versed in the Insights Institute approach to teaching the DISC model. They can present the model as a trainer. They can present the model in a keynote presentation. They are comfortable using the model to diagnose interaction problems and to offer solutions as a consultant. And, they use the model as the foundation for a business or ministry that actively spreads the Insights Institute DISC methodology. They are truly masters of the information and the approach.
To qualify as a Master Trainer with Insights Institute, you will need both training and practical experience.
To meet the training requirements, you will attend the following Insights Institute training programs:
- DISC Behavioral Studies and DISC Behavioral Studies Train-The-Trainer courses to receive your DISC Training Provider accreditation.
- Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies and Advanced DISC Behavioral Studies Train-The-Trainer courses to receive you Human Behavior Consultant certification.
- Speakers Boot Camp to master the art of presenting this model in a key note presentation, and
- The Ultimate Business Boot Camp (Formerly known as Take-To-Market Training) to master the skills of running a successful speaking and training business.
To complete the practical experience portion, you will host three (3) Behavioral Studies with Behavioral Studies Train-The-Trainer sessions in your local area with an Insights Institute staff Master Trainer on-site to co-facilitate the training with you.
If you are already a Personality Insights consultant in good standing who has completed the previous training formats through our previous Advanced Training course, you can meet the Master Trainer training requirements by attending the current certification courses at the consultant refresher rate.
When you tell us that you want to achieve Master Trainer status, we will pair you with the staff Master Trainer of your choice and develop a plan for you to be recognized as one of Insights Institute’s Master Trainers.

Becoming a Master Trainer is the final level of certification. As a Master Trainer, you can offer Insights Institute Certification Programs in your local area. The progression from DISC Trainer to Human Behavior Consultant to Master Trainer looks like this:
