DISC Trainer is the first level of DISC certification we offer. The progression from one level to the next looks like this:

As an accredited DISC Training Provider, you can:  

• Administer DISC Personality Style assessments
• Help other people to understand the results of their DISC Personality Style assessment
• Faciliate/teach/lead DISC Behavioral studies sessions in your company or with your clients
• Purchase Personality Insights training resources used in DISC Behavioral Studies Training at a discount.

To receive this accreditation, simply complete:

• DISC Behavioral Studies two-day training course, and
• DISC Behavioral Studies Train-the-trainer two-day training course.

We generally offer both DISC Behavioral Studies Training and DISC Behavioral Studies Train-the-trainer in the same week. You may complete this accreditation in one four day period by attending both classes the same week (Mon-Thurs).

This accreditation authorizes you to train on the fundamentals of the DISC model and to offer Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) under the Personality Insights accreditation with IACET. You may also purchase Personality Insights training resources used for Behavioral Studies Training at a discount and resell them to your clients.

Other DISC certification programs cost up to $2495 for a two day course.

With the Insights Institute program, you get:

• Four full days of interaction with our staff Master Trainers. To assemble our team of trainers would normally cost at least $10,000 a day.
• A comprehensive training manual and resource package (Valued at $454.75)
• A 40% discount on selected Personality Insights training resources for as long as you maintain active DISC Trainer status.

And your investment for both courses, if purchased separately, is only $2190. That’s a savings of over $300 compared to many other programs.

Becoming a DISC Training Provider is also the first level in your growth towards recognition as an Insights Institute Master Trainer. The progression from DISC Trainer to Human Behavior Consultant to Master Trainer looks like this:
